� زيادة جديدة في رسوم إيداعات التوكيلات الملاحية
في الوقت الذي يسعى فيه الجميع إلى خفض تكاليف الاستيراد والتصدير وتسريع إجراءات الإفراج الجمركي، جاءت الزيادة الأخيرة في رسوم إيداعات التوكيلات الملاحية لتضيف عبئًا جديدًا على قطاع الشحن واللوجستيات.

اعتبارًا من 21 يوليو أصبحت الرسوم كالتالي:

💵 2 USD ➜ 5 USD
💷 40 EGP ➜ 100 EGP
💶 5 EUR لكل عملية إيداع باليورو.

📌 أين تكمن المشكلة؟
* يتم احتساب الرسوم على كل عملية إيداع وليس على الشحنة بالكامل.
* الشحنة الواحدة قد تحتاج إلى أكثر من عملية دفع، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة التكلفة النهائية.
* أي تأخير في تنفيذ الإيداعات قد يؤثر على سرعة استلام المستندات واستكمال إجراءات التخليص الجمركي.

في النهاية، أي زيادة في تكلفة الخدمات اللوجستية تنعكس على تكلفة الاستيراد، وهو ما قد يؤثر على تكلفة المنتج النهائي.

Claro International Shipping & Trade is expanding and looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team.

📍 Location: Cairo
🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 04:30 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Follow up on air & sea shipments
✔ Coordinate with clients, agents & customs brokers
✔ Prepare and track shipping documents
✔ Update shipment status reports
✔ Support daily logistics operations

🔹 Requirements:

- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Degree in Logistics, Business, or Commerce is a plus
- Good computer skills (Excel & Email)

أصدرت نيفين جامع، وزير التجارة والصناعة، قرارًا حمل رقم 273 لسنة 2021، بشأن حظر استيراد الأجزاء المفككة للأصناف المدرجة بالقراري الوزاريين رقمي 43 لسنة 2016، و44 لسنة 2019؛ باستثناء مستلزمات إنتاج المصانع المرخص لها بتصنيع هذه المنتجات أو لمراكز الخدمة والصيانة المعتمدة للعلامات المسجلة في السجل المخصص لذلك بالهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات.
وضمت القائمة التي شملها قرار وزير التجارة والصناعة، بشأن حظر استيراد الأجزاء المفككة للأصناف المدرجة بالقراري الوزاريين رقمي 43 لسنة 2016، و44 لسنة 2019، الألبان ومنتجاتها (عدا ألبان الأطفال)، والفواكه المحفوظة والمجففة المعبأ، والزيوت والدهون، المصنوعات السكرية، والشيكولاته ومحضرات غذائية تحتوي على كاكاو، والعجائن الغذائية والأغذية المحضرة من الحبوب ومنتجات الخبز ومنتجات المخابز، وعصائر الفاكهة، والمياه الطبيعية والمعدنية والمياه الغازية.
وضمت القائمة مستحضرات التجميل والزينة والعناية بالفم والأسنان ومزيلات الروائح ومحضرات الاستحمام والعطور، والصابون ومحضرات الغواسل، وأدوات للمائدة والطعام والمطبخ، ومغاطس وأحواض ومغاسل ومراحيض ومقاعدها وأغطيتها.
وأصناف مماثلة للاستعمال الصحي، والورق الصحي وورق التجميل وحفاضات وفوط ومفارش، وترابيع وبلاطات للأرضيات والحوائط، وأدوات من زجاج للمائدة والمطبخ، وحديد تسليح، والأجهزة المنزلية، والأثاث المنزلي والمكتبي، والدراجات العادية والنارية والمزودة بمحرك، والساعات، والأجهزة الإنارة للاستخدام المنزلي، ولعب الأطفال، وملابس ومنسوجات ومفروشات، وسجاد وأغطية أرضيات وجدران وبسط من مواد نسجية وغير نسجية، وأحذية.
وانضم إليها في القرار الوزاري رقم 44 لسنة 2019، الحقائب، وأصناف نقل وتعبئة البضائع، وأدوات الحلاقة وأجهزة العناية بالشعر، وأجهزة للهاتف.
ويشمل القرار الوزاري حظر الاستيراد لغير المصانع المسجلة أو مستوردة من الشركات مالكة العلامة أو مراكز توزيعها المسجلة في سجل الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات، والتي تضم 29 بندًا في سلع ومنتجات معبأة للبيع بالتجزئة.
