New Live Sole Stewardess Job! 🚨

82ft Catamaran with a busy and exciting cruising programme — and a serious set of stamps in the passport ahead.

Program Overview:
Summer: Greece & Croatia
Then: Palma — yard period & Caribbean preparation
Winter: Caribbean season
Following: Panama transit → Worldwide

Role Overview: Full responsibility for the interior — housekeeping, laundry, and guest service. Heavy owner usage with potential charter activity, so attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. Friendly onboard environment with a positive crew dynamic.

Requirements:

- Previous yachting experience as a Sole, Chief, 2nd, or Stewardess
- Confident across all interior management — housekeeping, laundry, service
- Experience with busy owner programmes (charter experience a plus)
- Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative
- Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and all relevant certificates in date

Package:

- DOE
- Start ASAP
- Permanent
- Shared bunk cabin with a male chef — candidates must be comfortable sharing

"It was all a dream - I used to read Word Up! magazine" - The Notorious B.I.G.

I legitimately did. I was a 90s hip hop obsessed girl....I still am.

Even if most rappers couldn't pronounce Moët correctly - it made it all that little bit more authentic 😉

I always dreamed big. Maybe it's why I related so much to this era of hip hop 🤷‍♀️

I've learned along the way that the material things really don't matter (insert 'The Roots' - "What They Do").

So when you get the opportunity to build a product so unique and something you feel incredibly proud of - I can't help but feel like that 90s era of hip hop pushed me to strive for this.

I don't use the handbag often these days. Or drink Champagne (unless forced, of course 🤣🥂).

But this particular photo was the first moment I sat at Calanova and put fingers to keyboard to come up with the initial business plan for Crewdar.

It was basic. And I've nearly died and been reborn about 100 times over the past three years.

But you know what - if you don't start - you just never know.

Dream big guys - lets let the new wave of current / ex yacht crew become as successful as the people we've been working for 💪

The Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show kicked off this week on The Gold Coast, QLD.

SCIBS runs from the 21-24th May 2026, and is considered to be ‘The Southern Hemisphere's Biggest Boat Show’!

Crewdar’s representative this year is the one and only, Jo Sherwood (AKA mummy, and officially the only person who we could convince to work for free 🤣)

She’ll be volunteering on the ‘Marine Rescue Queensland’ stand tomorrow a.m. However her afternoon mission is to seek and destroy 💪

Just a heads up - like mother like daughter - she’s loves a chat! Although, she’s a pretty interesting lady - so you can rest assured, it will never be a dull conversation!

She’s loaded with Crewdar flyers and has been given a comprehensive brief on our key features for not only recruitment - but also how our soon to be launched 'Service Provider' platform will incorporate our same cutting-edge recruitment technology to provide your business exposure to over 8000 of our existing users globally.

This number includes a mixture of Captains, Crew and HoDs across all departments, Management Companies and Recruitment Agents. And our number of user is growing exponentially!

Program Overview:
- Brand new performance cruiser
- Running with 4 full-time crew
- Supported by an established Captain
- Initial cruising plans across the Mediterranean
- Long-term potential for a Caribbean season
- Based out of Palma to start

Role Overview:
- Responsible for managing all interior duties
- Working alongside a cook/stew/deck who will assist interior while guests are on board
- Real opportunity for professional growth within a private program

Requirements:
- Previous industry experience as a Sole or Chief Stewardess
- Previous experience managing other crew
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Fluent English

Package:
- Competitive salary (DOE)

When you've been moving at 100 miles an hour, for as long as you can remember, and your mind and body are telling you it's time to slow down a little and smell the roses (or watch the birds like Benny is doing in this vid) 🐦‍⬛

Switching off is vital.

However I'm not sure watching 'brainrot' videos is really the right way to go about it?

Apparently the algorithm has clocked me as an entrepreneur & business owner, and has started shaming me for taking time off work 🤣

Most days I literally rest no more than 6 hours....and 5 of those are sleeping 🫠

Does anyone else suffer from the same algorithm rot???

Also, apparently I should be shaming my friends for not following and liking my business posts 🤔
...but perhaps there's some truth to that?? (ya'll know who you are 🫵👀🤣)

Role Overview:

The Bosun will primarily be on the chase boat when the owners are aboard, so a LEAD mentality and leadership are required. Hands-on, confident, and ready to set the tone for a brand-new programme.

Requirements:

* STCW, ENG1
* PBL2
* PWC
* Instructor in watersports or PADI Dive Instructor preferred
* Accomplished, confident carpenter essential

Package:

* SEA contract
* €3,800 DOE per month
* 45 days leave
* Start: 1 June
* Male due to cabin arrangements
