Built by in 2010, GALLEN is an Aicon 85 Fly from the Italian yard's flagship line, and she has recently been refreshed throughout: new wooden floors, headliners and leather inside, with new teak and cushions on deck.

After a day on board, our broker came back struck by her condition and by how much space she offers for her length. Her main deck pairs a saloon with separate lounge and dining areas with an enclosed galley and a day head, a practical detail on a yacht of this size and a valuable one for charter.

Below, her 5 cabins are en suite with generous headroom, and the self-contained crew area with its own mess keeps service discreet.

The flybridge is where she comes into her own, with a hardtop, bar, grill and Jacuzzi, and an Opacmare crane launching the RIB.

Judit Dueso Barroso studied economics, so yes, she does love a good spreadsheet. But ask her what she really enjoys about being a Yacht Broker at Swisspath | TAG Yachting, and it’s the people. She gets to know what a buyer is really looking for, or what a seller needs, and backs every conversation with real numbers so there are no surprises. That’s how trust gets built.

It also helps that can have that conversation in Spanish, Catalan, English or French. 🗣️

Meet Judit Dueso Barroso, Yacht Broker at Swisspath | TAG Yachting.

has seen yachting from just about every angle. She spent two summer seasons working on board a 24-metre yacht, two years as a charter agent, and a year at a shipyard as a commercial and quotations agent. Then she stepped away from the water into finance and business, building on a degree in economics.

Coming back to yachting, she brings the best of both worlds. She understands what owners, buyers and crews actually need, and she has the business sense to see the numbers behind every deal. That's a strong combination for anyone buying or selling a yacht.

And when she's not working? You'll most likely find her planning a trip that mixes culture with sport, whether that's hiking, scuba diving, surfing, skiing or cycling. Next on the wish list: walking the Great Wall of China. 🥾🌏

Having sold her sister vessel this summer, we're pleased to bring another Lagoon 620 Essence to market. ✨

The Lagoon 620 is among the most successful large sailing catamarans of its generation, and the 620 Essence is its best-appointed expression. This one has been owned from new by a single owner, professionally managed and maintained throughout.

Her ten-metre beam is the thing you feel first. It opens the interior right out, bright, level, full of light, and gives her outdoor living across three distinct zones: the cockpit aft, the flybridge above, and the foredeck forward. Five cabins below sleep up to ten, each en-suite, finished in Italian leather with the calm, airy feel the Essence is known for.

She carries a high spec: a hardtop, tropical air conditioning, a hydraulic swim platform, upgraded Volvo Penta D3-150 engines, twin generators, a dive compressor and B&G navigation. A Highfield tender with Honda outboard comes with her. A dedicated crew area sits in the port forepeak, with air-conditioned storage to starboard.

𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚: 𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤

Split, Hvar, Dubrovnik. Good places, and busy for a reason. But more guests who've already sailed that route are now asking a different question: what lies further north?

Our Charter Consultant Jack Jennings has sailed these waters many times, and his new guide takes the quieter way up the coast. It starts at the Krka waterfalls above Šibenik and heads into the Kornati Islands, 89 islands with no ferries and no permanent settlements.

From there it runs north to Olib for the Perseids on a dark August night, dolphins off Lošinj and Žlahtina aged on the seabed at Vrbnik. It finishes in Istria, with an elephant named Lanka on Brijuni and the Venetian lanes of Rovinj.

It's a different kind of charter from the Dalmatian route: more anchorages than harbour towns, and more wildlife than nightlife. It's well-suited to anyone who prefers a slower pace.

This Aquitalia Yacht 95 is a 28.6m flybridge motor yacht, she was built in 2023 across two decks, with a 7-metre beam that gives her more room than her length lets on.

The main deck reads as one long, easy space. Aft, teak underfoot, built-in seating and a table set for dinner as the sun drops; forward through the sliding doors, a saloon wrapped in panoramic glass, and a galley beyond it with induction hobs, a grill and a deep fridge-freezer for provisioning properly.

Below, a VIP cabin built for entertainment but convertible to a VIP bedroom, sits alongside two further guests staterooms, each with queen berths and a private bathroom.

The flybridge is where she comes into her own. Under the shelter of a hardtop, a Jacuzzi, a U-shaped table for long dinners and a bar to see the evening through, while the forward deck keeps a V-shaped sunpad and sofa in reserve for quieter mornings. Teak runs unbroken from the cockpit through the side decks.

Twin Caterpillar C-18 1150HP each, with less than 100 hours, bow and stern thrusters, and a planing hull that settles into an 18-knot cruise and tops out at 22.

𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 has put together her island-by-island guide from the BVIs to the Grenadines, the granite pools at The Baths on Virgin Gorda, New Year's fireworks from the deck in Gustavia, the Wednesday Jump Up at Basil's Bar on Mustique, and grilled lobster on the beach at Petit Bateau in the Tobago Cays.

It's a little black book rather than an itinerary, and a fortnight will cover a handful of these islands, not the whole chain. Choosing is the fun part.
