🚌 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚌

📢 BUS FARE ADJUSTMENT EFFECTIVE 26 MAY 2026

Classic Buses wishes to advise all travelling passengers and members of the public that a 22.5% bus fare adjustment will officially come into effect from 26 May 2026.

✅ GOOD NEWS FOR COMMUTERS:
Passengers will CONTINUE paying the CURRENT bus fares as normal.

💙 The Government of Fiji will cover the increased portion through a subsidy assistance program to support public transport operators and ensure fares remain affordable for the travelling public.

⚠️ THERE IS NO NEED FOR CONCERN OR CONFUSION
✔️ No extra payment required from passengers
✔️ Existing fares remain unchanged at this stage
✔️ Public transport services will continue as normal

🙏 We kindly ask everyone to help share this information with family, friends, workers, students, and fellow commuters to avoid misinformation.

Our team will also be conducting inspections of all interior routes to assess current road conditions following the recent weather situation. Based on these inspections, a further update will be provided on when interior services will safely resume.
