Happy to announce to everyone that I’m starting to use an imported flour from France milled by the Grands Moulins de Paris.
This flour named Tradition Type 65 will be used for all my French bread (baguette, batard, Demi’s and sandwich loaf) delivered at our local Shop N Kart, Medford Food Co-op and the The Oregon Cheese Cave. I’m very excited to be able to bring this unique flour and flavor to the rogue valley from today! 🤗
