Sometimes the job isn’t what makes the day memorable… it’s who you get to do it with. 💙

This week wasn’t just about transforming an overgrown garden…

It was about spending the day working alongside my son.

Over the years, this garden had become overgrown with shrubs, weeds and thick undergrowth. We cleared it right back, removed everything and left it so the customer can now easily maintain it.

The transformation speaks for itself.

But what made this job special for me wasn’t the amount of waste we removed…

It was watching my son work 🥹

As a dad, there’s nothing better than seeing your child develop a strong work ethic. He worked hard all day, constantly using his own initiative, looking for the next job that needed done and getting stuck in without being asked.

I honestly couldn’t be prouder of the young man he’s becoming.

Another happy customer, another garden completely transformed and amother job knocked out the park from Father & Son 💪🏽

Today’s job wasn’t about clearing a garden… it was about meeting this little grafter. 💙

We were clearing a garden today, removing trees, bushes and years of overgrowth.

But the highlight of the day wasn’t the amount of waste we cleared…

It was meeting this young man. ⭐

At just 10 years old, he asked if he could help. I thought it would last five minutes… but he stayed from start to finish. 💪🏽

Oscar has cerebral palsy affecting his legs, but you would never have known from his attitude or his work ethic. He never complained once, worked incredibly hard, asked loads of questions and had the biggest smile on his face all day. ☺️

Honestly, I found him genuinely inspirational.

People often say youngsters don’t want to work anymore, but today was a reminder that there are still some incredible kids out there.

Your condition doesn’t define you - your attitude does. And you’ve got an attitude that will take you a long way in life.

Thank you for giving me your time today, Oscar. You should be incredibly proud of yourself, because I know I was. And yes… you absolutely earned your wages today! 💪❤️
