When things donโ€™t go to plan, thatโ€™s exactly when having your own personal Travel Counsellor really matters.

In this video I share a real example from today: my clients left Heathrow two hours late and it was clear they would miss their connection to Costa Rica. While theyโ€™ve been in the air, Iโ€™ve been on the ground sorting everything out for them: new flights, an overnight hotel, updated transfers and amended hotel arrangements in Costa Rica. So when they land, they wonโ€™t be facing problems, theyโ€™ll have solutions waiting for them - and that is the difference that booking with me makes.
