-Approx 10hr day
-Home every night

We are currently seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to join our small family run haulage business. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, focused mainly on farm/ feed mill deliveries around Northern Ireland.

What We’re Looking For:

We require a hard-working, reliable individual who takes pride in doing the job right. The role involves a level of interaction with customers, so good communication skills are essential. This isn’t your average “hook in, hook out job – there will be wait times, so demonstrating patience will also be required.
As part of our team will want you to represent our business on the ground. Like most small businesses we’ve built up a good rapport with our customers -they are our bread and butter 🍞🧈
We do ask for an early start of 6am as we find this streamlines the day better.

Key Requirements:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional when issues arise
A solid work ethic and willingness to get the job done
ADR holder would be preferable but not essential. Training can be provided.

As the energy infrastructure in Northern Ireland develops allowing for viable decarbonisation options for HGVs, we will also be aiming to gradually eliminate the use of fossil fuels within our fleet as part of our objectives.
