With the fire risk lowerd this sunday the much loved steam engines are back in action!
Already confirmed are the big and mighty GWR Saint class and the beautiful southern U class!

Why not come along and enjoy the smell of steam and a ride of two behind them?

Even as train operations are underway, our dedicated team members continue to advance various projects at the track site.

For instance, a new electric loading bay is being installed at the turntable, and the central section of our premises is undergoing significant landscaping to manage the overgrown grass.

We extend our gratitude to all members for their commitment to these projects, which enhance the site's presentation for public viewing.

Despite the extreme temperatures today, we operated our locomotives and concluded operations at 3:30 PM.

Nevertheless, our team members continued their dedicated work in the workshop. For instance, our junior member successfully completed his 5-inch gauge speedy reversing arm, and another member was actively engaged in machining up .3.5 inch gauge buffer heads.

We extend our gratitude to all who participated in today's rides and appreciate your valuable assistance.
