PLEASE NOTE****** Folded books are for decoration purpose only, they are NOT for reading. We use pre loved books for our book folds although some are also new...depending on the patern that is used at the time. Our prices £10 upwards
Payment is to be made in full for all orders before i place your name in my order book. No returns or refunds on Personalized items unless it is of our own error. Any

items that are to be returned to us, that are faulty or damaged, you will receive full refund or a substitute item once we are in receipt of the item. Please note that you the buyer are liable for returned goods. If you are returning as you are not happy with the item, please make sure you package the item securely as you will be held liable for damaged goods being returned us. We recycle boxes, so we can keep the cost of delivery down for you the customer. Postage costs are to be added on to your order unless stated by us. We only Post Recorded Delivery, this covers for damaged and lost goods. Your item will be posted out or ready for collection 7 days from receiving payment, unless otherwise stated by us. Postal prices are subject to change to reflect royalmail or courier prices. If your item has been posted out to you and you receive it damaged, please do get in contact and we will rectify the problem to the best of our ability. You have the right to cancel your order 24 hours after payment has been received and you will be given a full refund (unless you have stated that you need asap and for us to start work on your item asap). Please take note that computer monitor screens may show the colour of an items a little different to what it actually is. I will give a description of all items to the best of my ability.
