This year at SES, our Mental Health Training Spotlight is on Anxiety Awareness Anxiety affects many people, often more than we realise.
That’s why SES is committing to making mental health support clearer, more accessible, and part of everyday conversation.
As part of this year’s focus, we’re providing training and resources to help everyone:
