Now at least you can now state the number of boxes that you have when asked, the number of items that you would need to be moved; next the level, stairs, floors, house from and to? Is there help available or whether 2 people have been requested, this will help the removal team to be able to quote you a realistic quotation.

And then you can decide if you have little things needing moved you can put them in boxes and label them such as kitchen stuff, bedroom, lounge etc. You can specify the things if you want like crockery, dvds etc and also mark fragile using the tape etc.

Planning for a move- we are going to look at two situations:

1) Plenty of time to plan for the move

2) immediate move.

We will look at the first one; If you have a moving date you can mention that in the quotation inquiry and secure various quotes and decide which one is the best one and also the feedback is very important.

I would be weary if the feedback is not so good.

We are going to give our customers some a series of tips on moving. The first one is looking at boxes and books. Ideally when you are going to move some books pack the books in a small box so that its not too heavy!

Snow, snow, snow is a hindrance, it disturbed me help a valued customer, my van wouldn't go up the hill, tried to reverse but it was impossible; therefore had to deliver the stuff elsewhere!
