This month, we're shining the spotlight on one of our valued team members, Cass, who has been helping drive transatlantic sales for the UK office since 2017!
As a Sales Manager within the Carrier and UK Team, Cass is responsible for all Transatlantic sales for the UK office.
Her role includes issuing quotations & booking notes, while supporting customers shipments and colleagues across the business.
Working at P&M since September 2017, Cass brings a wealth of industry experience. After completing a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Logistics/Transport, she began her career with JF Hillebrand in Bordeaux, specialising in the transportation of wine. She later moved to the UK, where she worked for MOL Shipping Line and Ecu Worldwide in sales roles before joining Peters & May.
Cass enjoys the fast-paced and international nature of the logistics industry, as well as the variety and challenges that each shipment brings. Having worked in both operations and sales, she particularly enjoys seeing the whole process come together.
Known for being helpful, positive, and bringing a sense of fun to the team, Cass is a valued member of the Peters & May family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two boys, travelling, staying active, and enjoying a good glass of wine.
One of the things Cass values most about Peters & May is that no two days are the same. Since joining the business, she has enjoyed growing with the company, attending boat shows, meeting great people, and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
