One year ago, we welcomed more than 12,500 G2 Secure Staff colleagues to the Menzies Aviation team.

Today, we’re marking an important milestone: the successful completion of the largest integration in our company’s history. ✨

Over the past 12 months, teams across the United States have worked together, shared expertise, and created one business serving hundreds of airlines and airports across the country while staying focused on what matters most: our people, our customers and our commitment to safe operations.

Bringing together two businesses of this size is a huge undertaking. Congratulations to the teams across Menzies and G2 who have worked tirelessly over the past year to get us here. 💙

Festival season brought some very special visitors to Cluj-Napoca this summer. ✈️

Over the past few weeks, our team has supported charter flights carrying internationally renowned artists, including Sting, Lewis Capaldi, Zara Larsson and Steve Aoki, as they travelled to Romania for UNTOLD and Electric Castle.

From welcoming VIP guests to safely handling flights behind the scenes, colleagues across our front of house and ramp operations worked together to deliver a seamless experience every step of the way.

The result? More than 70 charter movements successfully handled, while maintaining on-time performance above 99.1%. 👏

A fantastic achievement and a testament to hard work of everyone involved. Well done, Team CLJ. 💙

The doors are now open at our newest Pearl Lounges at Hurghada International Airport (HRG), marking the 24th Pearl Lounge in Egypt.

Located in Terminal 1 and open 24/7, the lounge provides guests with a comfortable and welcoming space before they fly with complimentary Wi-Fi and a selection of delicious food and refreshments.

This is another step forward in our global strategy to expand our premium lounge network and enhance the passenger pre-flight experience in Egypt and beyond.

With additional Pearl Lounges planned for Aswan and Luxor airports in the coming months, watch this space as our journey in Egypt continues.

We’re exploring new ways to enhance our cargo operations!

We’ve launched a pilot in of AI-powered cargo measurement and real-time build-up technology at London’s Heathrow Airport.

During this proof-of-concept phase in collaboration with CIND, we'll evaluate how the technology can help improve data quality, support safer loading, make better use of capacity and reduce late adjustments during aircraft loading.

The pilot forms part of our ongoing focus on innovation, operational excellence and building a smarter, more resilient and future-ready cargo network.

Earlier this month, our teams in Amsterdam successfully launched a new Qatar Airways Cargo operation.

It’s the result of months of teamwork and planning to ensure a smooth transition, laying the foundations for a strong partnership. The operation went live on 1 August and started with 22 weekly flights, exceeding the original plan of 21 scheduled services and marking an excellent start for the team.

A huge thank you to all our colleagues and partners who helped make this milestone possible. We look forward to seeing what we can achieve together over the next five years.

With international travel requirements becoming increasingly complex, we're using technology to help our teams verify passenger travel documents quickly and accurately.

Developed with ABOMIS and now in use across our European network, TimaCheck simplifies access to passport, visa and entry requirements through a single digital interface.

More than 30,000 passenger checks have already been completed using the platform, helping create a smoother journey and reducing the risk of travel disruption caused by documentation issues.

In air cargo, removing friction from even a single step can have an impact on the customer experience.

That's exactly what our teams set out to achieve with Quick Pay, a new payment capability within our MACH customer portal, powered by PayCargo.

By making it easier for customers to view charges and complete payments against an Air Waybill (AWB), Quick Pay helps simplify a key stage of the cargo journey and supports faster cargo release.

It's the latest enhancement to MACH, our customer portal designed to give customers greater visibility and control across the cargo journey. Since launching in 2023, MACH has been rolled out across 49 airports and has processed more than 1.6 million air waybills.

We're proud of the teams who continue to identify opportunities to make processes simpler, support our frontline operations and keep cargo moving across our global network.

Today we handled the first cargo flights at Western Sydney International Airport.

Months of planning, preparation and collaboration came together as our team welcomed the airport's inaugural cargo flights and officially opened our new cargo facility.

As the first cargo terminal operator approved to support international flights at WSI, we're helping establish Sydney's newest aviation gateway from day one.

A huge thank you to everyone involved, from our frontline teams and cargo specialists to our airport, regulatory and industry partners – for making this milestone possible.

In 1932, Amelia Earhart became the first woman to fly solo non-stop across the Atlantic Ocean, helping to challenge perceptions of who belonged in aviation and what was possible.

Nearly a century later, her legacy continues to inspire. ✨

At Menzies Aviation, we're committed to helping more women and girls see a future for themselves in aviation. Through Girls in Aviation Day, we've welcomed students into our operations around the world, offering a first-hand look at the many exciting opportunities our industry has to offer. Events have taken place in locations including London, Lisbon, Entebbe, Islamabad and Salt Lake City.

We're proud to support the next generation while continuing to increase representation across our business, having achieved our goal of 25% women in senior leadership roles and working towards 40% representation in middle leadership positions by 2033.

Amelia Earhart showed the world what was possible. Our role is to help ensure the next generation has every opportunity to follow. 💙
