NR Marine Services is expanding and we’re looking for a driven Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities-

•Actively seeking suitable vessel charters to ensure high productivity of our fleet
•Completing vessel tenders for clients and brokers
•Creating and keeping monthly financial cash forecasts and the year ahead budget
•Completing the monthly P and L sheet
•Checking and approving payment invoices to suppliers
•Calculating month end vessel costs including port dues and fuel costs
•Creating monthly vessel invoices to our clients including VAT requirements
•Completing monthly KPI sheets for vessel, crew and company performance
•Attending client monthly meetings
•Creating client monthly reports
•Liaising with company accountants on commercial matters
•Keeping commercial procedures and policies up to date
•Dealing with insurance claims and renewals
•Driving business development and company growth
•Negotiating and overseeing commercial contracts and agreements
•Liaising with stakeholders and clients
•Working to further improve business processes

You will need-

•Proven finance and management experience
•A methodical approach to work and good attention to detail
•Experience with negotiation and building relationships with clients
•Ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team
•Excellent computer skills and reporting experience
•The right to work in the UK and your own transport
