We require a delivery driver 5 days a week to join our growing team. You will be required to drive to multiple locations to deliver and install furniture across Hampshire and the South East.

You must be over the age of 21 and hold a clean licence for insurance purposes. You need to be able to lift heavy items and provide a high end of customer service. You will be supported by a porter, previous experience is not required, however would be advantageous.

The standard working week will be Monday - Friday 06:30-16:30 (this is an example of the typical working hours - most days will be shorter)

References will be required and 1 week trial before commencing the contract.

We are looking for a committed driver to join our growing team. Your prime responsibility will be in loading the vehicle with customers furniture, taking apart and building furniture, ensuring that items are correctly loaded and driving to either the customers new address or to our storage. Please note that some items that we move maybe heavy thus, manual handling and a reasonable level of fitness is essential.

You must have a good attitude, showing a high level of cleanliness, considering current circumstances and customer service to each customer. We believe in the exclusive approach yours, the customers and our colleagues safety is in the heart of what we do.

The ability to problem solve, work alone or as part of a team will be essential to your success at Empire Exclusive Logistics.

This role may incur overnight stays which will be paid for by Empire Exclusive Logistics.

You will be required to hold a clean full UK / EU driving licence and may be required to undertake a basic DBS check.

You will need to get to our depot in Normandy, Surrey to collect your vehicle daily.

Applicants must be aged over 25 for insurance purposes.

We are looking for a drivers mate to join our expanding team, that support our customers in moving.

You will need to show the highest levels of customer service, logics and ability to work with others.

You will need to have a reasonable level of fitness to apply for this role, we are required to move heavy furniture in line with our manual handling guidelines.

The drivers mate will assist the driver within navigation and customer liaison whilst on the road. You may be required to stay overnight on jobs which are further away at Empire Exclusive Logistics Expense.

Ideally you will have your own transport to get to / from our depot in Normandy, Guildford.

A DBS check may be required.
