**EVRI PARCEL RETURNS**
We can still take Evri return parcels but NOT if they have a QR CODE.
📦 Important Reminder: Evri Parcel Returns for Orkney & Shetland Customers
Returning an Evri parcel to the UK Mainland?
You MUST use the ‘Print at Home’ option when booking your Evri return.
Why? Evri doesn’t operate ParcelShops in Orkney or Shetland, which means the QR Code return system is not available in our islands.
How to Return Your Evri Parcel:
✅ Select “Print at Home” when booking your return online through Evri’s website or app
✅ Download the PDF label that Evri generates
✅ No printer at home? Simply email the PDF return label to your local Streamline depot, and we’ll print it for you!
✅ Attach the label securely to your parcel with clear tape (avoid covering the barcode)
✅ Drop off at your local Streamline depot, or call us to arrange collection from your address
