I spent the last couple of days rearranging my sewing room. It feels so much nicer now I have more storage and everything is put away.
Today after a bit of tidying up outside and cleaning windows I found a little time to make myself a case for my short (5”) double pointed sock knitting needle set.
I love these needles and they certainly deserved a beautiful storage case of their own.

Today I’ve been working on a bespoke needle case.
I was asked to make a case for these specific needles to keep them safe and tidy.
So here it is, I added a small zipped pocket for stitch makers and small notions.
Also 1 narrow extra pocket, as I always find I need a space to keep a cable needle or a spare needle or two for one of the smaller needle sizes.

I recently had the privilege of making these keepsakes for a family who lost a loved one.
Each bear/bunny has been carefully made from the clothing of their loved one. Some items featured hand drawn designs which clearly hold much sentimental value.
