The wait is finally over - construction of our new facility in Lisburn has begun! 🏗️

Once completed, the development will provide more than 100,000 square feet of additional warehousing space, triple the number of loading bays and significantly increase pallet capacity. The facility will also include modern office accommodation.

Philip Morrow, CEO and Founder of PRM, said: "Breaking ground on this development is a landmark moment for PRM and the culmination of four years of planning and preparation. This investment shows our confidence in the future of the business and our commitment to supporting our customers, supplier partners and employees. The new facility will significantly increase our capacity, improve efficiencies across the business and create new employment opportunities. Ready for a fast-paced role where customer service is key? We’re looking for an Order Processing Coordinator to join our busy Telesales team at PRM.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Process customer orders (calls, email, EDI)
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Build strong customer relationships
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

✅ You’ll need:
• Strong communication skills & great phone manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Be proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications

🎓 We also welcome applications from placement students looking to complete a 1-year industry placement as part of a university business course.

The role involves preparing meals for staff, operation of the till & maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
