Fridays are always the busiest days for us, even more so towards the end of the month. Often we find that customers enquire for the last friday of the month because;

1. It gives you the weekend to unpack and settle into your new home.
2. If your moving from rental it avoids paying rent for a whole new month in a place you won't even live in.
3. Solicitors and conveyancers will push for Friday completions to conclude their legal week.
