Meet our first ever delivery driver we hired, the original, the one and only... Darren!

Darren started in August 2018 and since has helped everyone in the company in some way shape or form! Whether its advise on the job, saving your day when your way behind schedule or just generally being a legend to work with. Its safe to say Old Windsor Logistics wouldn't be the same without Darren!

Unfortunately it was brought to my attention that Darren may have been stealing face masks as he was taking quite a few everyday instead of the 2 or 3 we provide each day... I done some digging because this didn't seem right at all! We watched from a far wondering what Darren was doing with all these face masks everyday.

It wasn't untill an elderly customer called in, to thank the delivery driver for the free face mask, that we put two and two together... Darren has been taking company facemasks and giving them out with his deliveries to his regular customers that are classed vulnerable... talk about going the extra mile!!

Darren we salute you mate👌🏽🙌🏽👏🏽

Meet Pablo and Andy, the Old Windsor Ops Managers along side our business owner Daniel!

Both gentlemen started their life with Old Windsor in 2019 as delivery drivers. Since then Pablo and Andy have excelled in every area of the business and have certified themselves as critical members of the management team, in a time that has seen massive growth for Old Windsor Logistics!

It hasn't been easy at all! While many industries have shut down and gone into hibernation over 2020, we have had to step up big time! The rate of online deliveries has more than thrippled this year... But thanks to the hard work and obsession with customer service from our Ops Managers and their dream team of drivers we have pulled through stronger than ever!

Thanks again to Pablo and Andy! Who's teams are delivering 70,000 parcels each week to happy customers! As a wise man once said, invest in people that are better than you 🙌🏽🙌🏽😁

Big up Lewis🙌🏽👏🏽

A while back we recieved a job application from the Mother of a young lad called Lewis to work in our Oxford warehouse. At the time we weren't really hiring. But we wanted to give him a shot as our MD likes to invest in people and it would be his first ever job! So we created a new shift for him and let him pick the days he wanted to work.

For months now he has been helping out and shadowing the Warehouse Managers doing anything and everything. From shy to fly Lewis has grown massively! Taking on more and more each week he has gained more confidence and is now helping with the managing of the drivers and getting stuck in with day to day running! Keep it up Lewis we will make a Warehouse Manager of you in no time 💪🏽

Meet Sam,

Sam joined Old Windsor Logistics at the start of lockdown back in March, due to uncertainty at his previous job. Over the last six months Sam has stepped up and developed himself into a critical member of the management team!
