Every year we have always planned a trip somewhere. But this is the first year we will be staying put. Travelling has been part of my DNA since I was 19 when I voyaged across the Atlantic to NYC. I was hooked.

Having kids didn't deter me to travel in fact I wanted to share that love with them. We have always loved to explore and try different foods and cultures. see different places. Dip our toes in different water.

This year I will miss this.

Jakarta is by far one of the most congested cities in the world. This is a high energy city filled with millions of people, cars , motobikes, wealth an poverty. High rises and low lying buildings.

The food out of this world an dthe variety is wide.
At night the city is on fire.

I highly recommend and to anyone who loves to travel.
