Great to catch up with British sailor Hattie Rogers at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy yesterday, pictured here with Andrew Pindar OBE DL.

It was good to hear more about Hattie’s plans for the coming months and the exciting programme of sailing she has ahead of her.

With preparations for the Moth World Championships firmly on the horizon, alongside a number of other projects and events, there is certainly plenty to look forward to.

Andrew and everyone at Pindar & Co. wish Hattie every success with her preparations.

The future is looking very bright for one of Britain’s exciting young sailing talents and we’ll be watching her progress with interest!

Pindar Sailing, together with the Bozburun Yacht Club present Learning the Ropes, an offshore sailing pathway designed to create opportunities for people to experience, learn and develop through sailing onboard offshore yachts that have raced around the world.

With a particular focus on creating opportunities for women and young professionals, Learning the Ropes opens the door to offshore sailing through hands-on experience aboard an extraordinary fleet of former Whitbread Round the World Race and Volvo Ocean Race yachts.

The SSL 47 yachts are back in action in Switzerland this week as six more teams aim to book their ticket to the SSL Gold Cup Brasil 2026 in Rio, the so called World Cup of sailing!

The final European Qualifier sees two Groups ready for racing in Grandson on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel: Finland, Ukraine and Greece in Group F and Bulgaria, Portugal and Türkiye in Group G.
