We're asked on a fairly regular basis if we do LiPo trays/holders for various cars. As the size of batteries can vary as can the positioning on the cars themselves, we only offer 'standard' battery holders for a few cars. However, for any car where we have the chassis pattern on our system, if the customer can provide the cut out size in the tray for the battery and a reasonable idea of a design, then we should be able to draw and machine one to suit.

So, we'd been looking into the possibility of using our CAT2000 tub mould to take the rereleased Classic model. Unfortunately, due to the shape of the tub, the standard battery holder won't fit, just. Today, a customer pointed out that Schumacher now offer a transverse battery holder which hopefully means, using that holder, the Classic kit will now fit our tub. As we've only just found out about this holder it's untested but it's a step in the right direction.
