NEW VACANCY!
We are looking for a Yard operative/ Driver to join our team.
Main duties to assist with the day to day storage and movement of vehicles.
Duties include:
1) To assist with Vehicle Movements
2) Preparing Vehicles for Collection
3) Documenting Photographs for ISO- See attached document
4) To liase with the Vehicle Co-ordinator on schedule- relaying information on locations
5) Booking in & out of Vehicles. Compiling correct paperwork and passing on to Vehicle Coordinator
6) Confirming Job packs are present and informing Vehicle Coordinator.

Salary £11.75 per hour. 39 hours per week.
Shift pattern : Monday to Thursday - 7.00am to 4.00pm/ Friday- 7.00am -12.00 noon.

1)Constructs and repairs truck bodies according to specifications, using hand tools power tools
2) Lays out dimensions on metal stock, like sheet metal angle iron, using square and rule.
3) Fits & assembles components, using hand tools portable power tools, like drill, riveter and welding apparatus
4) Welds together body parts and braces
5) Measures and cuts woods installs wood floors, interiors, insulations, and fixtures, using hand tools, like hammer, file, and screwdriver, and power tools, like bandsaw, sander, and hand drill
6) Installs electrical wiring for interior and exterior lights, taillights, brake lights, and other equipment according to specified procedures & legislation.
7) May spray or brush paint, primer, or protective coating on metal surfaces
Experience is essential
