WOWWEE
100 DAYS OF SWIMMING COMPLETED
3 months and 10 days
An average of 67 hours in the water.
That’s over 4000 minutes.
A whopping £20,000+ raised for Macmillan.
4 months of nursing towards making a difference for a family suffering from the impact of cancer.
An amazing total of 12 friends and family who have joined me so far on my quest, with plenty more to enjoy the ride when the weather gets warmer.
Over 10000000000 tears shed.
But thankfully there has only been 3 maybe 4 days of mental dread at the thought of swimming, then I soon realise it’s a swim, it’s a mile, it’s an hour and a half out of my day. I am lucky enough to have that luxury and the feeling is always worth it when it’s successfully completed.
Can you believe I am over 1/4 way through my quest?
I am already proud of myself to get this far. But I’m not too proud to openly say I’ve needed you and I still do, I need your continued support to guide me through the next 265 days and I will forever be grateful for you believing in me throughout this challenge. Bring on the next hundred!

Look what you guys have managed to achieve being your selfless selves. Yes I’m swimming and it’s exhausting but not as exhausting as being a Macmillan nurse. These nurses make the difference, please give generously. So much gratitude from me to you x
