Class 1 HGV Tramper Driver – Low Loader, Flatbed & Curtainsider

JHB Haulage Ltd, a small family-run company, is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Tramper Driver to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to secure a long-term role with their own assigned truck.

The Role:
• Operating low loader, flatbed, and curtainsider vehicles
• Tramping work (Monday to Friday) with occasional weekend work when required
• Carrying out deliveries and collections across the UK
• Ensuring all loads are secured safely and comply with regulations
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism on the road and with customers

What We Offer:
• Starting salary of £41,000 per year (PAYE)
• £23 per night out
• 28 days holiday
• Your own assigned truck for the right candidate
• Stable, full-time work
• Friendly, supportive environment within a family-run business

Requirements:
• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience
• Age 30+ preferred
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Additional Expectations:
• Keep vehicle clean, tidy, and well maintained
• No smoking or va**ng in company vehicles
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
