After much thought, I’ve made the really difficult decision to temporarily close Itchy Paws Ltd.
This hasn’t been an easy choice, but due to ongoing supplier challenges and being repeatedly let down by our lab partner, I can’t continue to provide the level of quality and reliability that you and your pets deserve.
This isn’t goodbye forever, just a pause while I regroup and rebuild. I truly hope to reopen stronger and better in the future.
Thank you to every single one of you who’s supported Itchy Paws, from your kind messages to trusting us with your pets’ wellbeing. Your support has meant everything. 🩵
