We were contacted by an interior designer based in Cheshire for a cost for delivering electrical motorised curtains and blinds, to their clients home in the Cotswolds.

Brackmills Industrial Estate - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - We contracted our services repairing the capping on a leaking elevation on the warehouse.
We prepared the surfaces with a wire bush, cleaned, resealed with mastic solution which contracts with the  aluminium cap in heat.
We also secure the capping down via riveting.
All RAMS and method statements signed off and job complete - super serviced an best rates - ✨⭐️✨

Gateway college, Leicester - Required an independent assessment on a leaking flat roof around the steel fire escape. We dismantled the steel netting and investigated the area of leaks. We’ve marked the areas with red arrows and have submitted our quotation - all operatives are all DBS checked ⭐️🦎✅

Our clients building ran adjacent to unit which recently got demolished. Debris and foliage ran all along the gutters causing water ingress to their operation.
We priced this work for 3 days and 2 operatives, access was carried out with a scissor lift and we removed all waste from site. 🦎

🦎 Warwickshire based Landlord needed to rework and clean his rented property’s kitchen due to a very messy tenant 😷
Deep cleaned the tiles and worktops, cupboards draws - removed the plastic veneer on doors, sanded where necessary and painted - Nice Final Result 💚 both visibly and on the bank balance ✅ 🦎

Handles to be replaced very soon + new flooring.

We were contracted to access the front of the building as the unit/offices underneath have water ingress issues when rains.
Once the clay panels where removed, Travelodge’s contracted surveyors inspected, we can now determine a report ready for repair.
