There is no charges of clearance can be on airwaybill or on sender reciet .cause the sender country can't decided what's the charges in receiver country.
If you ever receive a bill or receipt with clearance charges it's 100% scam .
Only the valuation officer from custom he will decided the figure you should pay .
So all be carefull .
