⚠️Recently, our Security Center has detected that criminals are creating fake promotional pages on social media platforms such as Facebook. These scammers steal official KiKUU images and post false shopping information. Once users click on the ads, they are redirected to fraudulent phishing websites where they are tricked into placing orders.
✅How to identify genuine KiKUU official channels
1. KiKUU’s only official shopping entry points are:

2. Genuine KiKUU orders are settled exclusively through the official in‑app payment channels. We will never ask customers to transfer money to third‑party e‑payment accounts via separate external links.
3. Any page that redirects you to an unknown private website after clicking on a social media ad is a fraudulent page. Close it immediately.
🙏What to do if you encounter a scam
1. Do not make any payments on unfamiliar external websites.
2. Report fake accounts directly using the reporting function on the social media platform.
3. Gather all evidence, including the fake page link, order screenshots, payment SMS messages, and transaction reference numbers. If you have already made a payment to the scammers, immediately contact your payment service provider’s customer support to request an interception or file a dispute. If necessary, you may also contact your local police to file a report.

KiKUU will never contact users via unofficial channels (such as personal mobile numbers, WhatsApp, or Telegram) to ask for passwords, verification codes, or request transfers to any private accounts.
