Job Title: Operations Manager (Food & Beverage Sector) – Cambodia
Company: Made In Italy Asia, a well-established and dynamic Italian enterprise operating in the food sector, is seeking an enterprising, motivated, and proactive individual to manage and develop its production and commercial operations in Cambodia.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will report directly to the management team in Italy and will be responsible for the daily oversight of local business operations. Key tasks include coordinating the local team, optimizing food supply chain processes (from production/importation to distribution), and serving as a strategic and communication bridge between the Italian headquarters and the Asian branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing daily operations at the Cambodia branch.
• Supervising local staff and monitoring standards for food production, storage, and distribution.
• Ensuring compliance with local food safety regulations and maintaining product quality control.
• Managing relationships with business partners, distributors, suppliers, and local institutions.
• Providing regular reports directly to the general management in Italy.

Requirements:

• Languages: Excellent command and absolute fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in Khmer (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of French will be considered a significant advantage.
• Organizational Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to solve problems within multicultural environments.
• Flexibility and a strong capacity for adaptation.
• An appreciation for food culture, quality control, and the dynamics of the Food & Beverage market.
