Formed in 2002 following a restructuring of the Jebsen Group of Companies, a family-owned business with a history of continuous involvement in Greater China since Jacob Jebsen and Heinrich Jessen started a trading company in Hong Kong in 1985. Jebsen, is a direct descendant of the Jebsen family who captained vessels plying the trade routes between Europe and Asia during the 18th and 19th century.
