Update info for international Glaive PO session on Rholupat.
Today all units has been completed and sent to Rholupat warehouse!!!
Expect them to start international shipping by Saturday (Indonesia Time).
So while you are waiting for your order, let me give you some tips and tricks for your Glaive.
1. In case of the R/L marking wear-off by time and usage, remember that the screw is always facing forward when you wear your buds.
Or you can just looking at the back of your bud's housing and the screw would face the direction its assigned to (if it's left side, the screw will be on the left side, and so do the right side).
2. The screwdriver included on your package is magnetized. So you don't have to pick the screws with your finger every time you wanna put it back on. Simply put it closer to your screwdriver tip, align it, and put in back on your buds.
3. The leather case lock is magnet. You may put your unused screw, while you're doing open/close test, on top of the magnet to prevent it from falling and lost.
4. Whenever you put the screws back on to your bud, never push it with strength as it would loosen the hole. Just gently twist your screwdriver and follow the screw's thread line.
5. You might be a believer or rather skeptical about burn-in, but some user gave a positive feedback about Glaive after going through burn-in process. We don't really suggest you to put your fresh unit on a long period of loud volume, just let them sit with 20-30% of your normal listening volume in appropriate time like 1-2 hours, and have a rest for an hour before continue the cycle.
6. Glaive came with a 3-month limited warranty. It includes any repair service and components replacement for any issue that isn't caused by human error (getting wet, stepped at, plugged into high output amp or any device exceeds the unit's compatibility, excessively loud volume, etc), intentional disassembly, and or any foolishness. We will not charge you with the services and components except for shipping cost.
7. You may reterminate your unit with any plug you like.
As long as it's not involves drivers and housing disassembly and or causing any damage, it won't void your warranty.
Personally we suggest any rhodium plated/coated plug, especially from Furutech's.
8. Glaive is not only about drivers, cable and plug. It also consists of carefully tuned damping design as a whole unit. This means, any disruption from opening your unit may cause in total mess of the produced sound.
So never try it unless you want to throw away your money., 😁
9. Glaive is rather source sensitive. So go on and try it with various source of yours to get the best experience.
10. The packaging and leather case are handmade from 100% recycleable components. So you can consider it as eco-friendly. Haha :v
11. It is not a perfect factory made product. It is a DIY handmade product using some factory made components, so it may not be perfect in appearance and or many aspects.
