On the eve of the *Harvest Full Moon*, I’m hoping to gather eight lovely souls for a special Full Moon Sauna at The Sweat House, Beirnes of Battlebridge.

Friday, 25 September
8:00–9:30pm
€40 per person

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, followed by a guided sauna experience, cold-water immersion and some fresh fruit afterwards as we gently come back down to earth.

There are *8* places available, and payment secures your place. To make the evening possible, I do need all *eight* spaces to be filled, so I’ll confirm everything this Friday, 18 September.

If we don’t quite reach eight this time, all payments will of course be returned in full.

Last morning at Sweathouse & I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Sweathouse over the last 15 months…❤️‍🔥

It has been the best experience of my life & im so grateful for all of the people who I got to meet & have the chats with in the sauna! Connection is everything! Big thank you to my big sis also who is going to keep the show on the road while I head off on my travels tomorrow… Business as usual🔥 & to my family for allowing me to set up on the land, for all the support setting up Sweathouse & the staff over the last year who have allowed me to take some time off!
