I’ll bet you haven’t heard this one before.

Fall is a great time to go to Ireland. You’ve heard that before...
Less crowds, attractive pricing, it’s a great time to go.

But here’s something you might not have considered:

Shoulder season gives you more flexibility and availability for your client’s preferred travel style.

And honestly, with the shorter travel days, if your client can afford it, the driver option is much more valuable.

Why? Because after a whole day of sightseeing, driving around (possibly when it’s getting darker) can be exhausting and definitely a bit stressful!

Especially since they’re driving on the opposite side.

So, if there’s a little wiggle room in the budget OR they’re flexible with the duration of their trip, suggest a driver instead of a self-drive option!

Because I can’t give you just one...

Sometimes your client just doesn’t have the budget for what they want. That’s ok, and it’s not your responsibility to bend time and space to create a 30k trip on a 5k budget

Sending your supplier 147 questions so you can “just be prepared” for your call with your client is not about preparedness. It’s about your anxiety. Learn to manage that, and your life is gonna open up.

Client management is an underdeveloped skill. Focus there, and not only will your day-to-day get easier, but you’ll have more success too.

Usually, the client does not hate landmarks. They hate crowds, coach tours and feeling like they are being marched through someone else’s vacation.

They likely still want the Cliffs of Moher.

In fact, I know they do. Because it's mentioned on 90% of the requests that come our way.

We can show them the highlights (plus the stops they'd never know to ask for), without stuffing them on a bus or any early morning wake ups 😉
