๐Ÿšค Important Reminder for All Passengers ๐Ÿšค

As we are in the middle of a busy season, we would like to remind everyone that passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

This allows time for check-in, life jackets and waterproof gear to be fitted, and ensures trips can depart on schedule.

Unfortunately, we cannot delay departures for late arrivals. Once our boats leave the harbour, we have a strict schedule to follow throughout the day.

Please also note that late arrivals and no-shows cannot be refunded or rebooked, in line with our booking terms and conditions.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience possible for all passengers onboard.
