Another global tour. Another complex logistics operation delivered together.
This month, Challenge Group and Rock-it Cargo have completed work on yet another major global concert tour, supporting the movement of approximately 700 tonnes of production cargo across seven Boeing 747 ✈️ freighter flights for the tour’s 📍São Paulo stop.
An impressive operation in its own right.
But for Challenge Group and Rock-it Cargo, it’s also the latest chapter in a collaboration that has supported some of the world’s largest concerts, tours, sporting events and special projects over the past several years.

When thousands of people are gathering at a specific venue on a specific date & time, production equipment cannot arrive tomorrow or even a few hours later.
Stages, lighting, sound systems, broadcast equipment, racing cars and specialist event infrastructure all have to move according to precisely coordinated schedules, often across multiple countries and continents, with one event barely finished before the next one begins.
That takes more than transportation.
