🌱 GoGreen Warehouses — Building the Future of India’s Agri Supply Chain

Agriculture does not end at the farm.

The real value is created when commodities are stored safely, managed efficiently, tested for quality, moved intelligently and connected to the right markets.

That is where GoGreen Warehouses is building its presence across the agri-value chain.

From warehousing and logistics to collateral management, inspection, quality testing, pest management, procurement, commodity supply, 3PL, processing and private labelling, our objective is simple:

👉 Simplify Farm to Fork.
👉 Transform Agri Businesses.
👉 Reward Stakeholders.
👉 Create Sustainable Growth.

We are proud of what our team has built and even more excited about what lies ahead.

Think Agri. Think Value. 🌾

It was a truly enriching and memorable connection with all of you in Odisha at Utkal University.

The course is being led by some outstanding veterans and academicians—Mr. Sanat Mishra, Prof. Benudhar Bhuyan, Dr. Sarita Das, and the most dynamic Centre Head, Mr. Deepak Ram. It was extremely satisfying to witness the excellent work being done back at home, particularly in building the next generation of professionals in Agri-Business and Agri Supply Chain Management.

I look forward to staying closely associated with all of you and contributing to important academic and industry initiatives in the future—both personally and through our organisation, Gogreen Warehouses.

A very meaningful connection with the institution, the faculty and, most importantly, the young minds who will shape the future of Indian agriculture and supply chains.

Looking forward to many more collaborations ahead.

From Learning to Leading: A Journey of Reinvention

From December 2025 to July 2026, I had the privilege of returning to the classroom—not as a young student, but as a professional eager to challenge my own thinking. Learning alongside a diverse cohort of leaders from different industries, functions, and experiences reminded me that true education begins when we are willing to learn again.

Coming from a background in Marketing, Business Development, and Entrepreneurship, Finance was an area I wanted to understand more deeply. The rigorous curriculum, thought-provoking case discussions, and insights from world-class faculty at IIM Ahmedabad have fundamentally changed the way I evaluate businesses, capital allocation, risk, and long-term value creation.

The impact is already visible in my day-to-day decision-making. I now approach business challenges with a stronger financial lens, balancing growth with sustainability and strategic discipline.

As my journey continues—from employee to entrepreneur, and eventually to investor—I believe this learning will become one of the most valuable assets I carry forward. Markets evolve, businesses transform, but the ability to think critically, make informed decisions, and keep learning remains timeless.

Grateful to IIM Ahmedabad, my professors, and an exceptional cohort for making this journey intellectually enriching and personally transformative.

Learning is not a phase of life—it is a way of leading.

Chapter 68: The Mahabharata & Leadership Lessons for the 21st Century

Leadership in 2026: Krishna Didn't Give Arjuna Answers. He Gave Him Clarity.

"Leadership in 2026 is not about having all the answers. It's about learning faster than change, making courageous decisions, and inspiring others to move forward with confidence."

More than 5,000 years ago, the Mahabharata offered one of the greatest leadership lessons ever written.

As the war of Kurukshetra was about to begin, Arjuna—one of the greatest warriors—was filled with doubt. He questioned his purpose, his decisions, and even whether he should fight at all.

Lord Krishna did something remarkable.

He did not command Arjuna.
He did not make the decision for him.
He did not promise an easy victory.

Instead, Krishna gave Arjuna clarity, perspective, and purpose. Once Arjuna understood his dharma, the decision became his own.

That is the difference between a boss and a leader.

Today, every CEO, entrepreneur, manager, and team leader faces a similar battlefield. AI is reshaping industries. Markets shift overnight. Customer expectations evolve constantly. No leader has every answer.

The leaders who succeed in the 21st century will:

• Learn faster than change.
• Stay calm amid uncertainty.
• Make courageous decisions with conviction.
• Build leaders instead of followers.
• Inspire confidence before demanding performance.
• Lead with values, purpose, and integrity.

Krishna's greatest leadership lesson was simple yet timeless:

"Don't give people all the answers. Give them the wisdom and confidence to discover the right path."

The Mahabharata is not just an epic of war. It is a timeless guide to leadership, strategy, ethics, decision-making, and human behavior.

Its lessons remain as relevant in today's boardrooms as they were on the battlefield of Kurukshetra.

What do you think is the greatest leadership lesson from the Mahabharata that every modern leader should practice?

Leadership Lesson from the Mahabharata: "A true leader does not remove every challenge from the path. A true leader gives people the wisdom to face those challenges with confidence."
