We do the following things while the female is traveling in the car during night time.
1. While allotment of drivers we ensure that an extremely trustable driver is assigned.
2. We do have a panic button in each car which can be used during any incidents and an immediate alert will be sent to me on my mob and to my Local manager.
3. Team keeps tracking till her final drop and we confirm by calling the user at the end of the trip.
Inclusions:
1. Separator is fitted in all cars in pan India between driver and customer to avoid contacts between Driver and user
2. All drivers temp are checked before they go on duty.
3. All the drivers on pan India are vaccinated
4. All drivers wear Gloves and mask mandatory
5. All cars have 2 bottles of sanitisers for customers’
6. All cars are sanitised before dispatching
7. We share video recording of all above processes for every transaction.
