The Documents required for Trade Finance Funding, you have to submit Company Incorporation certificate along with last filed ITR. 180 days LC from Indian Importer to Immediate Payment for International Supplier,
You can avail of it, either the Indian Importer who would want to utilize credit terms or an international supplier who would like to offer credit terms to increase sales, without offering it himself. Thereafter, the Supplier bills our UK Company and the UK Company bills the Indian supplier and when the UK Company received acceptance of documents as per the deferred payment LC, the UK Company will send immediate payment to the supplier. Further, please note that no the goods will be shipped directly from the supplier to the buyer. Only the original documents will be presented by our company to the Indian supplier’s bank. The supplier will get paid in 2 days of receiving acceptance from importer. Back-to-Back LC for buying large shipments and splitting into smaller shipments. Traders or large brokers, who have the purchase sourced and the sale available, but would require the financing and banking to complete the transaction. The buyers will be asked to open LC’s on to our company and we will issue a single LC on to the supplier. The trader can split BL’s and sell cargo to various buyers. The trader can also keep his profit with us, and take it from us at the completion of the transaction. The trader also hides the name of the actual supplier in this manner, as all docs that the buyer receives will have our name on it. We will need to do extensive KYC before we undertake these transactions, as the risk of the transactions rests on us. If the transaction is open ended, We may require certain values as margins. The transaction time will depend on the shipment time and the acceptance of documents by all the buyers. Open credit to International reputed customers. Exporters who have International credit worthy clients. The exporter will bill our UK Company, and we will pay to the exporter immediately upon receiving acceptance of documents from Buyer. The buyer can be given DA 30 day, 60 Day, 90 Day, 120 day or 180 Day Credit terms. Depend on the shipment time and the acceptance of documents by all the buyers. International LC Discounting
Suppliers whose banks do not have credit lines for discounting LC’s of the particular banks of their buyers, can route the transaction through us. The supplier will ask his buyer to issue LC to us, and upon shipment and acceptance of docs by issuing bank, we will make payment to the supplier on immediate payment terms. We will make payment to supplier within 48 hours of receiving acceptance. Domestic LC discounting
We do this only for our regular clients. Suppliers who have buyers that issue deferred payment Letters of Credits on to them. The supplier will ask his bank to assign the LC receivable to our company, after documents are accepted. We will pay the supplier immediately upon receiving the assignment. We will need to do a KYC before we undertake these transactions, as the risk of the transactions rests on us. We will make payment to supplier within 1 day of receiving the assignment.
