Scheme for all flag operations under MISR
Under the approval of the Micronesia International Ship Registry, the Kship, Krishnamrutam Enterprises Private Limited shall function as the Regional Coordinating Officer cm Dy. Registrar / Regional Seafarer Officer for all operations relating to MISR.
1. Appointment of Filling Agents under the MISR.Why chose KShip
Kship Invites various types of entities
for appointment as signing agents, who will be able to issue Micronesia CDCs and forward applications for certification to various ranks of seafarer officers, Willing agents and other entities shall forward their applications with their full profile, copies of pan card, national identity cards, financial documents to prove their financial coordinates and solvency and such other documents to prove their credentials and Kship at their discretion shall approve these entities as non exclusive Filling Agents for the Region concerned. Once the approval of the Signing Agent is so approved, the fact thereof shall be intimated to the person concerned, who can indent such number of CDC Applications with advance payment.
2. Registration of Ships under Micronesia Flag
Micronesia offers many concessions to ship owners registering their ships under their flag. Kship will conduct inspections, surveys and issue Registration and Class Certificates also. In case you need P&I Cover and Bank Guarantee will also be arranged by Kship. 3. Conduct of all surveys and Inspection of ships under Micronesia Flag – For all vessels irrespective of whether the vessel is registered under Micronesia Flag or not, Kship will conduct, organize and issue survey and inspection certificates for such vessel which shall be valid for all IMO purposes,
4. Appointment of Surveyors and Flag Inspectors under the MISR – Surveyors and flag inspectors appointed by Kship will be suitably rewarded with per diem or contractual payments for the surveys conducted by surveyors and flag inspectors.
5. Certification of Seafarers and officers
COC will be issued within 25-30 days of submission of documents to Kship. The originals will be shown for verification to the respective Examiners appointed by Kship. The Examiner will be appointed on the basis of his certificates and credentials for the respective locality. The Examiner will verify the documents submitted by candidates on the basis of STCW Norms and issue an Assessment and Eligibility Certificate to the candidate and intimate him the date of written examination, after the full fees are paid to KShip’. The examiner will check and evaluate his performance on the basis of written and oral examination and intimate the results with the evaluated and answer sheets to Kship on the basis of which provisional Certificate (CTA) will be issued to the candidate with which he can sail for 90 days, but within one month, his COC will be dispatched by Kship. If there are more than 5 candidates appearing for examination from the same center, the examiners’ fees will be reimbursed to the examiner. The COCs will be available online within 30 days of examination and full payment and courier charges are paid in full.
