Job Opportunity: Senior Supervisor
We are looking for a highly skilled
(FEMALE Senior Supervisor) to oversee daily operations and coordinate various activities to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess excellent proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish. Applicants must provide valid identification confirming their residency or birth in Erbil and must be a Kurdish citizen. Kurdish citizens holding other citizenships are also free to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure tasks are completed effectively and in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with department heads to implement work schedules and resolve any operational challenges.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily activities, incident reports, and operational logs.
• Communicate effectively with management to report progress, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
• Must be a FEMALE.
• Must be a Kurdish Citizen (Kurdish citizens holding other citizenships are also welcome to apply).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or a related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and maintain effective workflow.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with standard office software.
• Valid ID indicating Erbil residency or birth in Erbil.
