Pronounced "Casonsèi," these delectable stuffed pasta pockets are a genuine Bergamo delight! 🥟

🌾 Prepare the dough with 2 cups of flour, 2 eggs and a pinch of salt.
Roll it out thinly and cut into small circles

🥓 Fill each circle with a mix of beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, and spices

🥟 Fold them into half-moon shapes, sealing the edges

🫕 Cook in boiling water until they float and toast the bacon separately
