The flagship of our gear, the mighty C300 Mark II. We were baffled by the potential of this camera, the low light details were amazing and we could carry the camera wherever we wanted, from walks in the plains to hikes in the high mountains of the Pamir, hunting for the Marco Polo.
We could record in 4K with an immense care for details that allowed a very thorough post production.
Shooting with the C300 MkII while on the road was a pleasure, the setup of the camera is quick and the batteries allow for long sessions of recording.

Canon Belgium has been a great supporter of our adventure and provided us with handy, reliable, convenient... in a word, amazing gear to shoot the adventure.
The G5x has been our handy companion for the whole trip. Always in reach, its compactness and sturdiness help us shoot the POV from the roadside, but also amazing shoots from the stars.
The image stabilization mechanism amazed us each time we filmed while riding and got smooth and workable videos.
The more in-depth review of the G5x is about to be published. In the meantime, enjoy the video.

Moving up from the G5x, here is a video celebrating the 5D Mark III. One of Canon's most appreciated camera and we can only agree.
Belgium asked us to test the camera. Boy, we did it. We used and abused from this camera, shoot in the most extreme environment, from temperatures under zero to the record of 51°C in the Delhi's monsoon. The 5D was always ready and able to shoot. Carrying it on our saddle, in dusty bags our just leaving it outside, we could always count on it.
Today we can enjoy the high quality of the raws, editing them to our liking and print them on enormous posters.
The 5D Mark III is still kicking strong and its legacy will stay forever.

To build up on the LifeStraw video, here is the written review of the products. We tested the Go, Steel and Mission and loved them all. However, it was the Go that never left our sides, as the blue one in the picture here under proves.

This video is a postcard from Central Asia in 4K. Yes, you heard it right, we travelled with an amazing Canon C300 Mark II, shooting in glorious 4K, in C Log 3, with incredible CN-E 24mm T1.5 L F and other beautiful lenses.

Yes, this is us getting a little bit geek about our equipment. Canon did provide us with the best camera we could dream for and this video is edited strictly with content filmed with the C300 Mark II.

You better watch it on YouTube, with the 4K settings activated and prepare yourself to be blown away by those dazzling footages.
