Three Young Japan Lovers Experiencing Tea Ceremony in Kyoto 🇷🇺🍵🇯🇵

It was a pleasure to welcome three young guests from Russia 🇷🇺 — one man and two women — to Kangetsu.

They are truly passionate about Japan 🇯🇵, and their love for Japanese culture was clear throughout their visit. It was wonderful to share a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony with guests who have such genuine enthusiasm for Japan.

Inside our 150-year-old Kyoto townhouse near Ninenzaka, they enjoyed matcha and traditional Japanese sweets while experiencing the atmosphere and customs of Japanese tea culture. 🌿🏯🍵

For us, welcoming visitors from around the world is also an opportunity for cultural exchange. Meeting people who have a deep interest in Japan reminds us once again how wonderful it is to share Kyoto's traditions with the world.

A Peaceful Tea Ceremony in Kyoto 🇬🇧🍵

It was a pleasure to welcome our guest from the UK 🇬🇧 to Kangetsu for a Japanese Tea Ceremony.

Our experience takes place in a 150-year-old traditional Kyoto townhouse near Ninenzaka, where guests can enjoy a quiet and intimate introduction to Japanese tea culture.

During her visit, she experienced the preparation and enjoyment of matcha together with traditional Japanese sweets, surrounded by the atmosphere of a historic Kyoto machiya.

We hope this peaceful moment became a special part of her journey through Kyoto and a lasting memory of Japanese culture. 🌿🍵🏯
