Have you ever been to Ueno Park? It’s huge, and there’s so much to see!
Here are a few must-visit spots:
• Shinobazu Pond: In early summer mornings, the water is covered in beautiful blooming lotuses.
• Kiyomizu Kannon-do: From here, you can see the famous "Moon Pine"—a pine tree trained into a perfect circle.
• The Kuromon Gate: A magnificent, historic gate that belonged to a traditional samurai residence.
Why not ride a bike to cover them all?

Karesansui is a traditional art of Japanese gardening. Instead of actual water, fine crushed gravel or white sand is arranged to imitate the flow of rivers and ponds. Every morning, monks or landscape gardeners refresh these sweeping wave patterns. This practice serves as both upkeep and a form of mindful, moving meditation. While Kyoto is world-famous for these iconic temples, you can also experience stunning karesansui gardens right in Tokyo!

Another sunny, blue-sky day in Tokyo with a friendly couple and lots of smiles! We covered not only major must-see spots like the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Tower, but also some local areas that tourists can't easily reach on their own. The dynamic changes in the landscape under the beautiful blue sky made the tour truly memorable.

In Japan, we have two fun expressions: "hare otoko" (sunny man) and "ame onna" (rain woman) 🌞🌧️
The idea is simple — some people seem to bring clear skies wherever they go, while others could make it rain even in the middle of a desert! It's a playful icebreaker that suits Japan perfectly, where the weather can change a lot.

Today's guests? A "hare onna" and "hare otoko" duo — all the way from Florida! ☀️🚴 They brought their beautiful smiles AND perfect biking weather with them! Almost too sunny, if we're being honest!! 🔥😂

Another beautiful day with a great couple from the U.S.! They chose my bike tour on their last day in Tokyo. They had already seen many areas of Tokyo, so I created a special route for them to avoid visiting the same places again. I hope it was a nice finale to their trip in Tokyo.
