GENERAL RULES
1. 1,500 yen per kilo (700php) - all items exceeding a kilo is rounded up to the next number. Discount is given for PINASabay items more than 5 kilos but not beyond 10 kilos.
2. For safety and security purposes, All PABITBIT items except for clothes, fabric items, clothing, fashion and accessories, PINASabay shall be the one to purchase items such as food, skin care produ
cts (e.g., lotions, scrubs, soaps, etc.) Upon receipt of the product, PINASabay owner will set a time for video call with the sender for actual weighing of products.
4. All packages will be neatly repacked for proper handling and safety of the products before shipping to the Philippines. NOTES ON PARCELS :
5. Huge/bulky items will be rated per piece, however extra large items will not be accepted.
6. Shoes/gadgets/jewelry/bags - 1,500 yen per piece
7. Documents - 300 yen per page
8. No fragile items
Pre-sending of package procedure (pasabay and pabitbit from Japan to Pinas and vice versa) :
9. Take a photo of all the products to send and your residence card/valid ID. The products will be reviewed for approval. PINASabay management has the right to refuse to accept certain products.
10. When it’s ready to ship, take a photo of yourself holding the sealed package and your ID for verification
11. When shipped, send a copy of the receipt for the tracking number
Shipment and Fees :
12. Upon arrival of the PINASabay items, the shipment from the owner’s house to the receiver will be shouldered by the PINASsabayer - Philippine nationwide shipment (lalamove, jrs, lbc, or any authorized couriers in the. Philippines)
13. 50 % DP for pabili items
14. No refund on canceled items.
