ASAでは登録支援機関として外国人就労支援事業を行っております。

技能実習2号を良好に修了している場合は日本語能力試験、技能試験が免除されます。
具体的には、技能実習2号で1年10ヶ月以上在留し、修得した技能の職種・作業が、特定技能1号で従事する特定産業分野の業務区分の、日本語能力試験・技術試験の合格免除に対応するものであることが条件です。

また、技能実習2号を良好に修了していれば、技能実習の職種・作業に対応しない特定技能の場合でも、日本語能力に関する試験は免除になります。
例えば、製造業系の技能実習を良好に修了した外国人が、外食の特定技能を希望する場合は、外食の技能試験のみ受験・合格すれば良いことになります。ただし、介護については他分野と異なり「介護日本語評価試験」という上乗せの試験があることには注意が必要です。

Those who have successfully completed Technical Internship No. 2 are exempted from the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and the skills test.

Specifically, the conditions are that the job category and tasks of the skills acquired during the one year and 10 months of Technical Internship No. 2 correspond to those exempted from passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and the skills test for the job category in the specified industrial field in which the applicant is engaged in the specified technical skills No. 1.
In addition, if the applicant has successfully completed Technical Internship No. 2, he/she will be exempted from the Japanese language proficiency test even in the case of specified skills that do not correspond to the job categories and tasks of the technical training.

For example, a foreigner who has successfully completed technical training in the manufacturing industry and wishes to obtain the specified skills in food service will only need to take and pass the food service skills test. However, it should be noted that, unlike other fields, there is an additional test for nursing care, the “Nursing Care Japanese Language Evaluation Test.

ASAでは登録支援機関として外国人就労支援事業を行っております。

登録支援機関とは、特定所属機関（受入れ企業）からの委託を受け、特定技能1号外国人が、特定技能1号の活動を安定的かつ円滑に行うための、在留期間における支援計画の作成、実施を行う機関になります。

特定技能の在留資格を取得するためには、「日本語能力試験」と特定技能各分野の知識・スキルを測る「技能試験」に合格する必要があります。

■日本語能力試験
「日本語能力試験（N4以上）」と「国際交流基金日本語基礎テスト（A2以上）」のどちらかに合格する必要があります。

■技能試験
技能試験とは、在留資格「特定技能1号」対象の14分野において、相当程度の知識・経験を必要とする技能を測るための試験です。

■Proficiency Test
The Proficiency Test is a test to evaluate skills that require a considerable degree of knowledge and experience in the 14 fields covered by the “Specified Technical Skills 1” status of residence.
