Tsukiji is not to be missed when visiting Tokyo and we make sure you get the best of this infamous outdoor fish market!
Pictured here is uni(sea urchin) on inarizushi, which is aburaage tofu stuffed with sushi rice. The tofu has a sweet flavour that goes very well when topped with ikura(salmon roe), uni or crab meat!
